• Exterior painting for apartment communities (building walls, trims, metal or wood areas, balcony, decks, pool fences & gates, trash enclosures, vehicle gates, garages, common areas) 

• Interior painting of ceilings, walls, moldings, baseboards, doors, frames, cabinets & closets, etc. for residential homes, commercial properties, town homes/condos, mobile homes, and warehouses 

• Kitchen cabinets (paint or lacquer) 

• Brick or block fences

• Metal railings, gates, fences 

• Removal of acoustics ceilings (owner must test for asbestos for houses built before 1978) 

PROCEDURES

When you choose Insco, you’re guaranteed top-notch quality and attention to detail, from start to finish:

• Powerwash surfaces (water blast at least 3,000psi power washer) to remove loose, scaly paint, rust, mildew, dirt, foreign matters, etc.

• Sand rough surfaces using electric sander or hand scrape with wire brush 

• Patch holes and cracks by scraping, sanding, and applying patch mixed with bonding agent

• Minor drywall and carpentry repairs 

• Protection and Clean up: 

  • a. All hardware, accessories, plates, lighting fixtures and similar items are removed before painting and replaced upon completion only by our skilled mechanics

  • b. All items and surfaces are carefully protected from damage where painting & finishing work is being performed.

  • c. Clean drop clothes are provided and spread when/wherever required to provide necessary protection

  • d. Any accidental splatter or spillage is immediately cleaned and the affected surfaces restored to original condition.

  • e. Any miscellaneous paint spots on glass, fixtures, etc. are completely removed and surfaces are cleaned.
